We were ecstatic to learn they opened a location closer to their house in Centennial and quickly made plans to visit. Twice with our waitress once with a guy who happened to be passing the table. They updated my husband that they were doing his eggs. It had obviously been sat a while and was only brought out when they realised they couldn't hold it any longer while waiting for husbands to be cooked! Either that or again the waitress had forgot about us. The scrambled eggs were solid and the cheese congealed. My breakfast came eventually (after 25 mins waiting) husband was still waiting for his. on the counter waiting to be served to us. The young man and girl at front desk were very polite though.Ī long wait for our coffee. MoreĪsked to wait 10 mins for a table to return to have to wait another 15. It would have gone down a lot better without the ration of attitude from the hostess.
Three meals and 3 drinks cost right at $100, which is crazy for breakfast. Drinks were good but small and over-priced. The food was good but not great, especially at the price point. In the hour we were there only one of the other empty tables was used. Five minutes later she came out, put our menus down and left, leaving it up to another worker to seat us. The hostess again rudely told me we had to wait. After 15 minutes of standing around and no one occupying the 4 empty tables I went inside and asked if we could sit at one of the empty tables. We went to the bar, ordered drinks and coffee and went to stand outside. She told us we could stand outside and wait. She rudely said that there were people ahead of us waiting for those tables. I also pointed out that there were 4 empty, clean tables outside. It was a nice day in Denver so I said we would take a table outside. The hostess said it would be a 30-40 minute wait to be seated inside but only 15 minutes to be seated outside. We had heard about long wait times but since this was a Wednesday morning at 10:30 we thought the wait should be short.
